Dexivanto S.R.L., with address at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th Floor "B", CABA, Argentina, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us, in accordance with Argentina's National Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable regulations.
1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through dexivanto.com is Dexivanto S.R.L., Tax ID 30-71845632-9, registered with the General Justice Inspectorate (IGJ) under number 4521, Book 156 of Limited Liability Companies.
2. Data we collect
We collect data that you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email address), as well as anonymous technical information (approximate IP address, browser type, language and pages visited) gathered through cookies and analytics tools.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data to send you the educational newsletter you requested, answer enquiries, improve the quality of our content and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your free, express and informed consent, as set out in articles 5 and 6 of Law 25.326. You can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.
5. Sharing and international transfer
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To deliver the newsletter we rely on technology providers based in countries with an adequate level of protection, in line with the rulings of the Argentinian Access to Information Agency (AAIP).
6. Retention periods
We will keep your data for as long as your subscription remains active or until you request its deletion. Afterwards, we may keep minimal information for up to ten years to comply with potential legal or accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection by writing to hello@dexivanto.com. The AAIP, located at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, 2nd Floor, CABA, is the body in charge of overseeing compliance with the data-protection framework.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Even so, no system is completely invulnerable.
